- Supervise the operation of all table games at MCR.
- Assist with auditions, training, and assessment of subordinate employees, maintaining the highest quality standards in guest service and hospitality.
- Ensure that all games move at an appropriate pace, maintaining proper game spread, limits, and staffing.
- Supervise all Games in the Table Games Department (Black Jack and all specialty games offered at MCR).
- Account for chips for each shift by maintaining a paper trail.
- Inform the Table Games Manager of all noteworthy, suspicious, or unusual activity and facilitate information flow throughout the casino.
- Coach employees to maintain and improve expected levels of performance and productivity using positive motivation.
- Be familiar with pit accounting procedures and administrative tasks such as fills, credits, player tracking, and board sheets.
- Know local gaming laws (federal, state, tribal, etc.).
- Have a thorough knowledge of all regulations affecting Menominee Casino Resort operations, including Compact, MICS, Tribal Internal Controls, and Department manuals and handbooks.
- Maintain a consistent, regular, and prompt attendance record.
- Watch Table Games Operators and Multi‑Games operators for efficiency and compliance with all procedures and internal controls.
- Evaluate guests to determine their skill and style of play.
- Make table fills/credits as needed.
- Monitr cash and chip transactions between operators and patrons, ensuring accurate payouts.
- Monitor for unusual activity between operators and patrons that may indicate collusion.
- Pass all pertinent information to management, Table Games Manager, fellow Pit Supervisor‑Box Persons, and/or Casino Shift Manager.
- Alert proper personnel when it is necessary to remove obnoxious patrons from the premises.
- Continue all refresher training offered by Table Games.
- Demonstrate excellent guest service skills.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Ensure all policies and procedures are followed by T.G.O.’s and/or M.G.O.’s, reporting any discrepancies to the Table Games Manager, and act as a cooperative member of the high‑powered Table Games team.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEHigh School diploma or GED and a minimum of one year verifiable experience in Table Games. Must pass and maintain a passing grade in all Table Games offered by Menominee Casino Resort and all training offered by Table Games and/or the Resort. Must pass Pit Supervisor‑Box Person training with a score of 80% or better prior to being hired. Must be able to effectively use Windows, Microsoft Office, and player tracking systems.
SPECIALQUALIFICATIONS
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be 21 years of age or older. A home phone must be maintained. Must maintain confidentiality and be approved for and maintain a valid gaming license. Candidate must demonstrate integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness. Preference given to qualified Menominee applicants.
LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively before groups of guests or employees. Knowledge of Menominee Language is a plus.
MATH AND REASONINGMathematical skills: apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Reasoning ability: define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
