- Count and record inventory with precision – capture part numbers, serial numbers, NDCS, and expiration dates of medical devices and/or medication.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
- Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
- Meet daily performance goals; productivity‑based wage increases are available.

- At least 18 years of age.
- Experience in Pharmacy, Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales, Driver, or Warehouse work is preferred.
- No inventory experience required – training will be provided.
- Preferred prior experience in a healthcare setting.
- Completion of required pharmacy and hospital training certification.
- Compliance with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including screening, PPE, and confidentiality requirements.
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts.
- Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
- No degree required.
- Open to candidates returning to the workforce or with military experience.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report and drug screen.
This position requires frequent travel by car and occasionally air, standing for prolonged periods, using both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, bending, squatting, and using a step stool, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
