Tractor Central, Western Wisconsin's premiere John Deere Agriculture and Turf dealer, is seeking a candidate for part-time parts support at our West Salem, WI location. This position will work 12 - 15 hours per week.
Job Requirements:- Basic knowledge of parts used in ag & turf equipment
- Solid computer skills - familiar with standard desktop applications, able to learn and navigate multiple industry specific programs, internet functions, and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong verbal communication skills - in person, and by phone
- An understanding of general mechanical/technical terms
- Selling, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories.
- Performs in-store customer service, overall organizational promotion, and stocking duties.
- Provide superior customer service offering smart, efficient solutions that result in 100% customer satisfaction.
- Superior Hourly wage, based on experience
