The BSA Analyst is a vital member of our compliance team, working closely with the BSA/AML/OFAC Sanctions Officer to uphold the Bank’s adherence to the BSA and related regulations. Responsibilities include risk identification and control assessment, internal monitoring reviews, training initiatives, daily operations in Verafin (managing alerts, conducting research, filing required government documents), assisting in the development of policies and procedures, participation in BSA activities such as suspicious activity investigations and audit preparations, and supporting colleagues in understanding and navigating BSA/AML processes.

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent professional experience in compliance.
• 1–3 years experience in a financial institution, specifically within BSA/AML compliance.
• Familiarity with BSA, AML, OFAC, CIP, CDD/EDD, SAR/CTR regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite applications.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex information and present it succinctly.
