About this position

Under the direction of the General Manager, the Controller is responsible for all general ledger accounting functions, budgeting and forecasting, oversight of capital expenditures and risk management. This role is onsite only; remote or hybrid options are not available.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure cash, invoicing, budget vs actual, and payroll reporting is completed as required.

Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes.

Provide oversight of capital expenditures.

Oversee, complete and report cash collections, including credit authorization.

Provide cash flow reporting.

Oversee and complete month‑end reporting.

Provide financial reporting.

Oversee A/R and A/P processing.

Perform year‑end preparation and processing for annual financial audit and R&D tax credit.

Provide weekly/monthly/annual reporting and information processing for management reports.

Oversee and maintain internal controls.

Oversee risk management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in an accounting position.

Experience with cost accounting, financial reporting and internal controls.

Manufacturing knowledge and experience required.
