Lake Ridge Bank is hiring a Youth Apprentice for the 2026/2027 school year as a Student Client Service Associate (Teller) at our Mount Horeb location! • Promote and maintain positive relations with all internal and external contacts, clients and potential clients.
• Process all transactions that come through the CSA (teller) area including but not limited to cashing checks, performing withdrawals, making deposits, processing loan payments, etc.
• Properly balance and maintain a cash drawer daily.
• Keep informed about bank products and services offered.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times.
• Participate in community involvement/bank activities as appropriate.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Working toward a high school diploma.
• Preferred experience in a similar office or customer‑service role but not required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to keep information confidential.
• Ability to represent the organization in a professional, positive manner.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with technology and computer systems.
