Relationship Banker - Elm Grove, WI

Wintrust, a $66billion community‑banking institution, is looking for a full‑time Relationship Banker to join its Chicago branch. The role focuses on building customer relationships, supporting daily bank operations, and collaborating with specialized partners.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify their financial needs.
• Recommend products and services that align with customers’ goals.
• Collaborate with Mortgage, Wealth Management, and other business partners to connect customers with specialized experts.
• Manage teller drawer and serve customers in the lobby/drive‑up.
• Open and maintain accounts, including digital products.
• Detect potential fraud and other risks.
• Perform bank opening/closing duties as required by the shift schedule.
• Support community and bank events.

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, financial service, or sales.
• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Estimated hourly rate: $22.00–$28.00, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
