• Base Pay $19.00 / Hour
• Employee Type Full Time Non-Exempt

• Process commercial, agricultural, and consumer loans from approval through closing and ongoing servicing.
• Prepare, review, and maintain loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Coordinate loan closings and work with lenders, customers, title companies, and other third parties to gather required documentation.
• Order, track, and review due diligence items, including appraisals, title work, insurance, flood determinations, and UCC filings.
• Board and maintain loan information within the Bank's systems and ensure loan files remain complete and organized.
• Monitor documentation, insurance, financial statements, and other ongoing loan requirements.
• Process loan payments, advances, renewals, modifications, and payoffs.
• Support lenders and customers by providing timely updates, answering questions, and resolving documentation exceptions.
• Assist with audits, loan reviews, regulatory examinations, and quality control activities.
• Collaborate with team members, cross-train within Loan Operations, and contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies.

• Experience in loan processing, loan operations, commercial lending, banking, or a related field preferred.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred.
• Commercial loan processing or documentation experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial loan documentation, lending terminology, and loan processing functions.
• Understanding of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and loan documentation standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with lenders, customers, and internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and banking software systems.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining confidentiality.
