Universal Member Agent

Ripco Credit Union is seeking a Universal Member Agent to provide exceptional member service across branches and digital channels. In this role, you will open and maintain accounts, process transactions, assist with consumer loans and credit cards, and guide members through online and mobile banking tools. You'll educate members on products that support their financial goals, resolve account issues, and refer complex needs to specialists.

Working in a collaborative, community-focused team, you'll uphold Ripco's member-first values, accuracy standards, and compliance requirements while growing your knowledge of banking and financial technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, accurate in-person and digital member service
• Open, maintain, and update savings, checking, and certificate accounts
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
• Assist members with consumer loan and credit card applications and inquiries
• Support members with online, mobile, and digital banking tools
• Identify member needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Resolve member issues and escalate complex situations as needed
• Follow all security, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance standards
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile transactions accurately
• Collaborate with branch and lending teams to support member goals
