Kohler seeks a Finance Manager to lead sales and standard margin analysis for its manufacturing business. You will own forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting for key product lines, partnering with Sales, Operations, and Product Management to optimize pricing, mix, and profitability. Responsibilities include margin and cost analytics, scenario modeling, and clear presentation of insights to leadership. You'll support continuous improvement, strengthen financial controls, and drive data-based decisions in a culture focused on craftsmanship, innovation, and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales and standard margin analysis for manufacturing product lines
- Develop and manage forecasts, budgets, and long-range financial plans
- Perform margin, cost, and pricing analytics to improve profitability
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to guide decisions
- Prepare financial models, scenarios, and investment cases
- Create clear reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Monitor performance vs. budget and explain variances
- Support standard cost updates and manufacturing cost accounting
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure financial compliance
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and tools
