We're seeking a Personal Banker to join our Thiensville team. In this role, you'll provide personalized banking and lending solutions while delivering the exceptional service and expertise our customers have come to expect from PWSB.

What You'll Do

* Open and maintain deposit accounts

* Assist customers with consumer lending needs

* Recommend products and services that align with customer goals

* Build and strengthen customer relationships through exceptional service

* Partner with team members across the bank to deliver a positive customer experience

What We're Looking For

* Previous banking experience required

* Consumer lending experience preferred

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* Confidence, initiative, and a sense of ownership

* A team-first mindset and commitment to exceptional customer service

* Interest in community involvement and building local relationships

* National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration required
