A successful, relationship-centered wealth advisory organization is hiring an experienced Senior Financial Advisor to take ownership of an established high-net-worth client portfolio. This is an uncommon opportunity to focus on comprehensive advice, retention, and long-term relationships without traditional cold calling or the pressure of building a book from zero.

What You ll Be Doing
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for an established portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth clients.
  • Lead client reviews and maintain comprehensive plans spanning retirement, investments, tax-aware strategies, estate considerations, insurance, and legacy planning.
  • Partner with investment professionals to implement and monitor customized portfolio strategies aligned with goals and risk tolerance.
  • Coordinate with client service, planning, tax, trust, and investment specialists to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Deepen existing relationships through proactive advice, exceptional service, and referrals generated through client trust.
  • Maintain complete documentation and operate consistently with SEC, FINRA, firm, and fiduciary requirements

What We re Looking For
  • 5+ years as a financial advisor, wealth advisor, service advisor, or comparable advisor serving affluent or high-net-worth clients.
  • Active Series 65, or active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
  • Strong comprehensive financial-planning and investment-management experience.
  • A polished communicator who earns trust and explains complex recommendations clearly.
  • Evidence of successful client relationship ownership, retention, and proactive service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively from the Sheboygan-area office under the final work-arrangement policy.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CFP designation; CFA, ChFC, or CPWA may also add value.
  • Bachelor s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
  • Life and Health Insurance license, or willingness to obtain it if required.
