A well established and growing wealth management firm known for its collaborative, team based culture is hiring a Senior Wealth Advisor to take over an established book of high net worth client relationships. This is a rare opportunity to step into a substantial, ready-made portfolio with no cold calling or prospecting required, working alongside a team that shares revenue and supports one another's success.

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for an established portfolio of high net worth clients and their families
• Build trusted, multi-generational relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service
• Conduct regular client review meetings and stay attuned to each client's evolving financial goals
• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans covering retirement, investment, tax, estate, insurance, and legacy planning
• Collaborate with investment professionals to implement and monitor customized portfolio strategies
• Deepen existing client relationships and identify additional planning opportunities across the client base
• Partner closely with client service associates, paraplanners, tax professionals, and investment specialists
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor or Wealth Advisor serving affluent or high net worth clients
• Strong financial planning, investment management, retirement, tax, and estate planning knowledge
• Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, with a polished, professional presence
• FINRA Series 7 and 66, or Series 65 license required
• CFP preferred; if not CFP, strong demonstrable planning experience required
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred

• Base salary $140,000 - $170,000+, commensurate with experience, plus bonus
• Step into an established, sizable book of business with no need to prospect for new clients
• Team based, revenue-sharing culture rather than an eat-what-you-kill model
