POLICE OFFICER - MOUNT HOREB POLICE DEPARTMENTGeneral Information
The Mount Horeb Police Department seeks to recruit individuals who will internalize our values of S.E.R.V.I.C.E. in every aspect of the position. Position:
Police Officer
Applications are now being accepted for the position of full-time Police Officer for the Village of Mount Horeb, Wisconsin. We currently have one opening for this position. Full-Time. Starting wage is $34.85 an hour ($38.14 after probation). Excellent benefits, health, dental, and life insurance. Successful applicants must have a Two-Year Associate Degree or 60 college credits from a Wisconsin Vocational Education or Technical District or its accredited equivalent from another state.
Applicants must be in good physical condition, have good moral character, and no felony or domestic violence convictions. U.S. Citizenship and a valid Wisconsin driver’s license are also required. Certified or certifiable with Wisconsin Law Enforcement Board is preferred. Lateral Transfer opportunities up to the 7-year level are available for qualifying candidates.
