Located in the beautiful rolling hills of Dodgeville, Wisconsin (just 45 minutes from Madison), our voluntary, residential substance use treatment program supports adults ages 18–64 on their path to sustainable sobriety.
We have recently expanded our mission to support not only individuals in addiction recovery but also those experiencing mental health challenges. This new addition to our facility allows us to offer compassionate, comprehensive care for mental health clients in a dedicated, therapeutic setting.

Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time on‑site Therapist role located in Dodgeville, WI. As a Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, providing counseling, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patients on their journey to recovery.
- Conducting assessments and co‑creating treatment plans.
- Leading individual and group therapy sessions.
- Monitoring client behavior and progress.
- Supporting crisis intervention and emotional stabilization.
- Coordinating discharge planning and aftercare with the clinical team.
- Engaging clients in recovery‑focused education and therapeutic activities.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
- Counseling, Therapy, and Treatment Planning skills
- Experience in conducting therapy sessions and providing counseling preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Empathy and understanding towards patients struggling with substance abuse or mental health
- LPC, LCSW, LMT in Wisconsin or ble to obtain.
- Previous experience in a substance abuse treatment setting is a plus
