Location: Neillsville, WI
Schedule: 36 hours/week | Tuesday, Friday, and every other weekend | 8:00 a.m.–8:30 p.m.
Pay: Starting at $17.75/hour

Deep River provides trauma-informed, gender-specific residential treatment for adult men in a safe, structured, and recovery-focused environment. As an Adult Residential Support Professional, you'll play an important role in supporting residents as they work toward lasting sobriety and personal growth.
What You'll Do- Support, monitor, and encourage residents while serving as a positive role model
- Build supportive relationships that promote recovery and independence
- Assist with medication monitoring or administration according to program policies
- Complete documentation and maintain confidential client records
- Help with housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and daily living activities
- Support residents in achieving treatment goals and developing healthy routines
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and crisis situations
- Transport residents to appointments, meetings, and community services as needed
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in human services, behavioral health, recovery support, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and an acceptable driving record
- DHS 83 training preferred (or willingness to obtain after hire)
