Wisconsin RN license BLS ACLS NIHSS minimum experience: 2 years at least one prior travel assignment must be completed. Client details setting hospital city Woodruff state WI trauma level level 4 unit details computer charting system EPIC uniform any color scrubs unit description unit: 10 bed unit- ICU and IMC: MS unit 34 beds ratio 1:2 in ICU;
1:3-1:4 for IMC and MS 1:5-1:6.
