We are looking for a full-time nurse for a facility located in Joudreville (54). Nestled in the heart of this small village in the former Province of Barrois, the Residence Au Gre Du Vent has a capacity of 69 elderly and aging disabled people. It offers a family and friendly environment in a pleasant, reassuring, and secure living environment. It has a Pole of Adapted Activities and Care (PASA).

Your main missions?

Under the hierarchical responsibility of the Nurse Coordinator, you participate in the implementation of the establishment project, particularly through your missions:

• Maintain the autonomy of the elderly patients by providing them with the necessary care
• Collect clinical data, needs, and expectations of the person and their entourage
• Prevent and manage crisis situations by ensuring compliance with specific medical methods and practices
• Perform medical care and distribution of medication to residents
• Be the reference for the implementation of Personalized Projects throughout the stay
• Ensure resident relations by providing responses as close as possible to their expectations and by developing a relational proximity of trust.

Profile sought:

Holder of a Nursing Diploma, you are recognized for your ability to work in a team, your sense of organization and priorities, a quality of listening and a real interest in working with the elderly. You are attentive and available, and you show discernment, good initiatives for the comfort, well-being, and safety of residents. You work in coordination with the rest of the nursing staff and the multidisciplinary team.

Post characteristics:

- Full-time permanent contract.

- Position to be filled as soon as possible.

- Position based in Joudreville.

- Collective agreement: CCU of April 18, 2002.

- Supervisory status.

- Work organization on a 7.30h shift during the week and 12h on the weekend (10h worked) with 2 weekends out of 4 worked.

- Fixed remuneration (Collective Agreement of April 18, 2002) of 2,894.24

EUR gross per 12 months.

- Annual bonus (objectives and attendance).

- 100% seniority recovery according to the modalities applied by the collective agreement.

- Sunday allowance of 4.537

EUR/hour worked.
