About the Role

LEARN Behavioral is currently seeking a licensed Psychologist (PhD or Psy.D) to join our team. This is an in‑person position with travel to Madison, Beloit, Janesville, and the Sun Prairie areas.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and assessments with children and adolescents to determine neurodevelopmental conditions (e.g., ASD, ADHD, other intellectual disabilities)
  • Administer, score, and interpret developmental and psychological assessment measures
  • Complete psychological reports, progress notes, treatment plans, and other documentation in accordance with company practices
  • Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy
  • Supervise staff and trainees as opportunities arise
  • Maintain state license, complete required continuing education, and stay current on evidence‑based practices and interventions
Qualifications
