Certified Nursing Aide (CNA)-Full Time
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) to join our healthcare team in Barron, WI. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support to residents. The position is full-time or a minimum of 30 hours per week up to 40 hours per week and does include rotating weekend and holiday shifts.
Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Assist with mobility and transportation of patients as needed.
Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times.
Collaborate effectively with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
Current Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) certification.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work compassionately with patients of all ages.
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care techniques.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a healthcare team.
Physical stamina to perform duties including lifting and standing for extended periods.
