Pinnacle Senior Living - - Responsibilities:
Administer prescribed medications to residents in accordance with state regulations and facility policies;
Observe residents for effects or adverse reactions and document findings in medication administration records;
Communicate concerns or observations to Wellness Director/Coordinator or designated personnel;
Assist residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health;
Support resident independence and dignity while maintaining professional conduct
