Transportation Driver
Nu Roc Health and Rehabilitation Center in Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate and reliable Transportation Driver to transport our patients to and from appointments, as well as pick up patients discharged from the hospital and other outings as needed. This part-time to casual to part-time position is based on facility need and offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities- Transport patients to and from appointments, hospital discharges, and other outings as needed
- Ensure safe and timely transportation of patients, prioritizing their comfort and well-being
- Maintain accurate records of patient transportation and communicate with the healthcare team as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
- Clean driving record in the state of WI
- Wisconsin driver's license
- Preferred experience driving a van
- CPR certification preferred but not required (facility can provide)
