Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist –
The Pines Post Acute & Memory Care – Clintonville, WI
You will serve as the Assistant Director of Rehabilitation in a post‑acute care facility providing long‑term, short‑term, and geriatric outpatient services. The role blends 20% management training with 80% patient care, preparing you to become a Rehab Director in our growing organization.

- Exhibits knowledge and understanding of therapy practice

- Understands and accepts the unpredictable nature and needs of the therapy function in a busy rehab department
Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy license is required.
