Location: Ladysmith
Fusion Medical Staffing - Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Ladysmith, Wisconsin. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized rehab plans, implement therapy, and document progress in the medical record while coordinating with the care team.
Required include a valid Physical Therapy license in Wisconsin and current BLS. Work 38 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts as a travel employment type in a hospital or clinic setting.
