$500 Contract Completion Bonus
Job Details- Work 8‑hour shifts Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- 4‑10 hour shifts (7:00 AM to 5:30 PM) may also be considered
- No weekend or holiday requirements
- Treat an average of 10–12 patients per day
- Cover acute inpatient, swingbed rehabilitation, and outpatient areas
- Typically 2–3 hours of inpatient and swingbed coverage per shift followed by outpatient coverage
- Treat primarily orthopedic patients (post‑surgical, general pain), as well as neurological, imbalance, and weakness cases
- Must be able to handle a fast‑paced, busy environment
- Minimum 1 year of experience outside of school required; 3 years preferred
- Inpatient experience preferred; candidates with outpatient‑only experience will be considered
- Prior Cerner experience preferred;
Cerner is the charting system used - Scrubs or business casual attire acceptable; closed‑toed shoes required
- Orientation begins on day one with one‑on‑one training with manager and computer‑based trainings; 1–2 days with a preceptor, expected to manage own patient by day 2 and full caseload by day 3
- Required certifications: BLS (AHA) and Wisconsin license
