Overview

Responsibilities- Encourage, support, and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, hygiene, dressing, and nutrition.
- Administer medication to residents as prescribed by their physician.
- Actively participate in and lead leisure activities as scheduled on the Life Enhancement Calendar.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly home environment for residents.
- Possess a genuine fondness for older adults.
- Complete all state-mandated training programs provided by Sienna Crest Assisted Living Inc.
- Be able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. frequently, stoop, bend, and reach; stand for at least 8 hours; and climb on a stepladder.
