This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Are you a compassionate individual with experience working with children with developmental disabilities and/or developmental delays? If so, then this is the position for you!

We are seeking a Respite Worker to provide respite care for a 3-year-old boy. This boy loves Paw Patrol, Swings and Slides, and going to the park to play.

Respite will be provided in the child's home - Community outings are encouraged.

• $10.60 per hour (less than 8 hours)
• $154.48 per day (more than 8 hours)

• 10 hours a week
• 2 days a month
• Flexible Schedule to be determined by family.

• Supervision and Safety
• Toileting Assistance/ Potty Training
• Meal Prep and Feeding Assistance
• Monitoring for Choking Hazard and Breathing Concerns (Sleep Apnea)
• Active attentiveness

• Companionship and Social Engagement

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Criminal/Caregiver background check.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance preferred.
• Compassionate individuals with childcare or respite care experience preferred.
• Experience with children with physical disabilities and/or development disability preferred.
