Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Birth to 3 & Outpatient

Johnson Creek, WI

Exciting opportunity for a pediatric Speech‑Language Pathologist to join our growing, mission‑driven team serving children in Johnson Creek and surrounding communities. This unique role offers a blend of Birth to 3 (early intervention) services and outpatient pediatric therapy, allowing you to support children and families across natural environments and clinic settings. This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact through early intervention and outpatient care while working within a collaborative and supportive therapy team.

This role is not available for CFY.

As a Pediatric SLP In This Role, You Will
  • Provide play‑based, evidence‑informed therapy in home, community, and clinic settings
  • Support infants, toddlers, and young children with speech, language, and feeding needs
  • Partner closely with families using a coaching model in Birth to 3
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans (IFSP‑aligned for B‑3 and clinic‑based plans for outpatient)

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school with a master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
  • License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.
