Caregiver, Direct Support Professional​/ Direct Care, Community Health

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience in human services, care, or coordination preferred
• Strong communication, adaptability, teamwork, and time-management skills
• Patient, compassionate, responsible, and dependable
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance
