Staff Pharmacist

Role Overview:

A Staff Pharmacist provides patient-centered pharmaceutical care, including dispensing prescriptions, counseling, immunizations, and health programs. They serve as community and team leaders, fostering relationships and ensuring quality care in a fast-paced environment.

• Deliver comprehensive patient care by accurately processing prescriptions, administering immunizations, and supporting health initiatives.
• Advocate for patients' wellbeing, adapting care to diverse backgrounds and needs.
• Model excellent customer service, resolve concerns, and guide pharmacy staff on best practices.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and company policies, maintaining confidentiality and documentation standards.
• Engage in community outreach, health education, and continuous improvement of pharmacy operations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with a valid pharmacy license.
• Completion of accredited immunization training.
• Accurate, consistent, and detail-oriented in all tasks.
• Strong communication, leadership, and community engagement skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and foster collaborative relationships.
