Jaybird Senior Living - 314 East Lincoln Avenue - Responsibilities:
Obtain and document residents' vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse;
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, incontinence care, nutrition, ambulation, transfers, positioning, and medication reminders;
Follow Individual Service Plans and daily assignment sheets and communicate changes in residents' conditions to supervisors;
Adhere to infection prevention protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment;
Complete accurate and timely documentation of resident care and observations
