Shift: Variable Day Shift (8 Hours)

Guaranteed

Hours:

40 Hours per Week

Weekend Requirement:
Every Other Weekend (EOW)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Obtain and document vital signs, weights, and intake/output.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Document patient care using Point Click Care  (PCC).
• Maintain a clean and safe resident environment.
• Follow infection control and facility safety protocols.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide quality resident care.

Requirements:

• Active Wisconsin CNA Certification.
• At least 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred.
• Point Click Care  (PCC) experience is preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
