Health Partners in Amery, WI is seeking a Patient Access Representative to support admissions, check-in, registration and scheduling functions. You will assist patients via phone, email or fax following CMP guidelines.
Primary duties include directing patients to the appropriate department, printing wrist bands and labels, bedside registration in ER or inpatient units, and handling forms and payments. Strong communication, medical terminology knowledge and MS Office/EPIC experience are valued.
