SSM Health’s Wisconsin Monroe Clinic in Brodhead seeks a Part-time Patient Access Representative for 20 hours weekly. You will handle scheduling for prescribed procedures, collect demographic, insurance, and clinical data, and communicate with patients, participants, and staff.
Responsibilities include data entry, scheduling, insurance pre-certification support, and providing patient guidance. No prior experience required;
High School diploma or 10 years of relevant work experience is acceptable.
