Wellbeing Specialist

Location – High Hybrid
Thisis a hybrid role, which means that you will have the flexibility to work both onsite and at a distance. You will collaborate onsite at our Cashton, WI or LaFarge, WI office for 4-8days per month, and therest of the time you can choose to work remotely or onsite.

Summary of Role

The Wellbeing Specialist is responsible for creating and executing initiatives that enhance employee health, wellbeing, and workplace safety. This role involves designing comprehensive wellness programs, conducting assessments to identify employee needs, and evaluating program outcomes to foster a healthier, more productive work environment. This position will require travel to multiple CROPP locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and continuously enhance comprehensive wellbeing strategies and programs that support the physical, mental, and emotional health of employees while promoting participation, accessibility, and engagement.

    - 20% of the time
  • Analyze employee feedback, survey results, participation metrics, health outcomes, claims data, Vital Insights data, and other key performance indicators to evaluate program effectiveness, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement and measurable results.

    - 25% of the time
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including Benefits, Safety, Communications, Engagement, Workplace Services, and other departments to align wellbeing initiatives with organizational goals, compliance requirements, employee experience strategies, and injury prevention efforts.

    - 20% of the time
  • Plan, coordinate, promote, and evaluate wellness initiatives, events, campaigns, screenings, challenges, educational programs, and Cooperative-wide wellbeing activities, including Mental Health Awareness Month and Employee Wellness Month.

    - 15% of the time
  • Manage relationships with wellness vendors, health coaches, wellness platforms, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and other service providers to ensure high-quality programs, services, and employee experiences.

    - 10% of the time
  • Administer and monitor wellbeing-related programs and resources, including the Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA) and stretching program, ensuring regulatory compliance, effective utilization, and positive employee outcomes.

    - 5% of the time
  • Develop and coordinate wellness offerings for CROPP farmer-members, including the annual meeting programming and initiatives that strengthen engagement between members and employees.

    - 5% of the time
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Workplace Services team in the day-to-day management and promotion of the onsite fitness centers, including equipment oversight, vendor coordination and employee engagement.
  • Stay current on industry trends, research and best practices in corporate wellness to inform program development and innovation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for integrating wellness into broader employee experience initiatives.
  • Provide backup to Benefits and Leaves Specialist position by providing benefits orientations and other various duties as assigned by supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Health and Wellness, Health Promotion, Public Health, Health Education or related field is required.
