What You'll Do:
- Conduct mental health assessments and assist with treatment planning
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and emotional support
- Coordinate care with the Medical Director and onsite healthcare team
- Assist with detox support and behavioral health stabilization
- Verify mental health history and psychotropic medications
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation
- Support discharge planning and continuity of care referrals
- Provide mental health education and training to facility staff as needed

Qualifications:
• Active licensure/certification in applicable discipline
• Experience in behavioral health, crisis intervention, or counseling preferred
• Strong communication and assessment skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism and boundaries in a correctional setting
