Lakeview Health Center & Assisted Living is seeking caring and dependable individuals to join our team as Resident Assistants. This is a meaningful opportunity to support residents in a compassionate, team-focused environment.
Position:
Resident Assistant
Status:
Part-time with benefits
Hours:
72 hours per pay period
Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Schedule:
Includes weekend and holiday rotation
What You'll Do:
- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Support independence while providing compassionate care
- Maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
- Collaborate with nursing and care team members
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable, resident-centered individuals
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to dignity, respect, and high-quality care
- Previous caregiving experience helpful but not required—training provided
