Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) – Skilled Nursing Facility

Oconto Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead operations at our skilled nursing facility in Oconto, WI.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a driven administrator who wants to run a strong building, support a dedicated team, and deliver excellent resident care while being rewarded for performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the overall operations of the skilled nursing facility, including clinical, financial, and regulatory performance
• Drive census growth and maintain strong occupancy through collaboration with admissions and marketing teams
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations
• Build, lead, and develop department heads and facility staff
• Oversee budgets, expenses, and financial performance
• Create a positive, accountable, and team-focused culture
• Partner with regional leadership to execute company initiatives and achieve facility goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Wisconsin (required)
• Prior experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
• Strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills
• Proven ability to improve census, quality measures, and overall facility performance
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
