* Qualifications:

* +  
** Minimum 1-year previous working experience as a Psychologist*
* + Must be proficient in the English language and be able to communicate effectively

+ Ability to build rapport with clients

+ Strong leadership qualities

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association) or Red Cross.

+ Must have the required licenses, permits, and/or certifications in the state of   
** WI*
* ** Responsibilities:*
* + Assessing clients' mental health through interviews and tests

+ Diagnosing psychological disorders

+ Providing therapy or counseling sessions

+ Developing treatment plans

+ Helping clients develop coping strategies

+ Keeping confidential records of client progress
