Heritage Senior Living - - Responsibilities:
Read and understand individualized service plans (ISPs) for each resident and provide support per ISP;
Attend to residents' individual needs including grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, eating, incontinence care, toileting, colostomy care, prosthetic appliances, transferring, ambulating, ROM, communication;
Promptly answer and respond to residents' pages and alarms;
Perform tasks including providing resident care, administering medications (if med passer and delegated by RN), checking vital signs, collecting specimens, laundry, and dining room setup
