Travel: Regular travel to counties served is required.

Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS) is seeking a compassionate, licensed In-Home Therapist to provide high-quality behavioral health services to children, adults, and families throughout Northwest Wisconsin. This role offers the opportunity to meet clients where they are, delivering therapy and support that strengthens individuals, families, and communities.

• Provide individual, family, couples, and group psychotherapy services in homes, schools, community settings, and offices.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop collaborative treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed, and person-centered care.
• Provide psychoeducation, skill-building, and support to clients and their natural support systems.
• Participate in recovery team meetings and collaborate with community partners.
• Complete clinical documentation and maintain accurate client records.
• Manage a flexible schedule that may include some evenings based on client needs.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current Wisconsin licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
• Minimum of 3,000 hours of supervised clinical experience.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel throughout the service area.
