Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct clinical assessments, develop diagnoses, and create collaborative treatment plans.
  • Deliver psychoeducation and skill-building services to clients and supports.
  • Participate in treatment/recovery team meetings and clinical supervision.
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation and client records.
  • Provide trauma-informed, person-centered care aligned with agency standards and evidence-based practices.
Qualifications

  • Eligibility for a Wisconsin training license (APSW, LPC-IT, or MFT-IT).
  • Practicum experience in behavioral health services required.
  • Experience or training in DBT strongly preferred; willingness to complete DBT-specific training required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
What We're Looking For
  • Passion for helping individuals develop coping and life skills.
  • Commitment to trauma-informed and recovery-oriented care.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends based on client needs.

If you are eager to grow your clinical skills while making a meaningful impact through Dialectical Behavior Therapy, we encourage you to apply.
