Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Long Term Care RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Hayward, Wisconsin. The RN will provide skilled nursing care in a LTC facility, oversee care plans, administer treatments, and collaborate with the care team to ensure resident well-being.
Essential duties include developing care plans, administering medications, supervising LPNs and CNAs, and educating residents and families. Current WI RN license and BLS/CPR are required; ACLS preferred.
