CNA Specialty Long Term Care/SNF
Active Wisconsin CNA certification required. Recent long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience preferred. Experience assisting residents with ADLs, mobility, transfers, toileting, feeding, and personal care. Ability to obtain and document vital signs and promptly report changes in resident condition to nursing staff. Experience caring for geriatric and long-term care populations preferred. Strong resident safety, infection control, communication, and teamwork skills.
