Pinnacle Senior Living - - Responsibilities:
Administers prescribed medications and treatments to residents in accordance with state regulatory stipulations and requirements for safe administration;
Observes residents taking medications, notes effects including any adverse effects, and documents information in medication administration records;
Communicates concerns or observations with Wellness Director/Wellness Coordinator or designated personnel;
Supports residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health;
Encourages resident independence, supports resident choice, and preserves resident dignity through professional conduct and interactions
