Therapist – Respiratory Therapist

$2080.80/week -

Job Summary:

Provide specialized respiratory therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, and monitoring of respiratory conditions. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement effective care plans.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' respiratory function through diagnostic tests and clinical assessments.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Perform phlebotomies and IV procedures as required for patient care.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory treatments and equipment use.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Wisconsin respiratory therapy license.
• Have NICU experience to manage critically ill neonatal patients.
• Demonstrate proficiency in performing diagnostic and functional respiratory tests.
• Possess excellent patient education skills.
• Maintain current CPR and ACLS certifications.
