Physical Therapist (PT) – West Salem, WI
Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Physical Therapist (PT) to join the team in West Salem, WI. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive, and professional environment and complete a 13-week travel assignment.

Requirements:
