Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Dousman, Wisconsin.

Make a real difference as a travel PTA with Jackson Therapy Partners! You’ll work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active—under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Minimum Qualifications- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active State License is required to start the assignment.
- BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
- Experience working with skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, and memory care patient populations.
- Experience with Net Health.
- Schedule includes Monday through Friday.
- One weekend per month required.
- Variety of caseload types.
- Weekly, on‑time pay.

Job . Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
