Position Details:
- Full-Time
- 80 hours per pay period
- Afternoon Shift (1pm – 9:30pm) Monday – Friday, with rotating holidays and weekends
- Occasional Night Shift Coverage Required

Job Duties:
- Provide quality service for all aspects of the pre-analytic, analytic, and post-analytic phase of test performance
- Reagent, specimen, quality control materials, products, and supply preparation, understanding procedures
- Quality control and specimen testing, recognizing the interrelationship of tests, with accurate and precise results
- Remedial and corrective action, documentation
- Prepares and maintains departmental records, reports, statistics, logs, files, and other documents as required in written and computer format.
- Accurately and timely procures and handles specimens.
Required Qualifications:
- MLT: Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related laboratory science field
- MLS: Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related laboratory science field
- Must meet CLIA '88 Testing Personnel qualification requirements for moderate- and high-complexity testing
- ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certification required within one year of hire
- BLS certification required within one year of hire
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with high-complexity laboratory testing
