Upland Hills Health in Dodgeville is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to work in the Therapy & Wellness Center, with additional duties in our schools and home health programs. The full-time role includes outpatient focus and occasional inpatient, SNF, and school-based settings, Monday–Friday daytime hours.
The therapist will design and supervise PT programs, evaluate patient progress, and contribute to new service development.
